Bryan D. Coryell is an associate attorney with Friedemann Goldberg Wargo Hess LLP, practicing in the areas of Business Law, Trust and Estates, and Litigation. He joined the firm in 2019.

Mr. Coryell received his bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from Holy Names University in 2001 and 2002, respectively, majoring in music with an emphasis in piano performance, and his law degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2008. While in law school, he received numerous awards for his writing and advocacy skills, including the Best Brief Award in both 2006 and 2007 in the school’s annual Advocate of the Year competition, as well as being a two-time finalist in the oral argument portion of the competition. He has tried numerous cases to both judges and juries involving trusts and estates, business disputes, real property, fraud and fraudulent transfers, and banking. When not representing clients, he volunteers for the Sonoma County Superior Court, Probate Department, as a settlement conference panelist, helping to resolve litigant disputes.

In addition to the State of California, Mr. Coryell is admitted to practice in all Federal District Courts in California and the Federal 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. He is an active member of the Sonoma County Bar Association, and is a certified member of the Ethical Alliance, a global community of companies and individuals dedicated to anti-corruption compliance, corporate transparency, and ethical business dealings. When not practicing law, he is an avid musician, pianist, and concert attendee with a passion for keeping music, and the arts in general, alive in our communities.
